Don’t Believe What I Say David FieldDecember 10, 2010
Please do not ever do what I say just because I say it, and don’t believe what I say just because I believe it. I am not in charge of you, and I do not wish to have that kind of responsibility, and pressure. I do not wish to have this kind of control over anyone, because I am not able to take responsibility for the consequences of your decisions.
There is absolutely no reason to be upset if you do not agree with the findings I put forth, when I do not present them for my benefit, but for yours. It will not hurt me directly if you do not take my advice, or believe what I say. Revealing to you a bit of information is NOT an attack on your sensibilities. It is just a gift from me to you, and that is all. If you do not value the gift, then you are free to ignore, but please why get mad at an attempt to further your knowledge?
I will make my own decisions, and I hope that you make your own decisions for yourself. Blindly follow no man, and do not judge the man to judge the truth. Many people first decide if the man is dependable, then at some point stop cross checking what he says as truth. They just blindly take in everything this person says as truth without checking it for themselves. This is complacency, laziness, and foolish.
I would not appreciate it if anyone withheld the truth from me. I know many people do withhold for fear of upsetting, or they just don’t care enough to put forth the effort. In my thinking that is cowardly, and unfair. Did I say to try to force your ideas on me, NO. I will make my own decisions because I alone will answer for them.
