Naming Cults, Finding Fault, and Throwing Stones - The False Religious System David Field June 3, 2010
While those of you entrenched in religious organizations busy yourself finding fault with the less popular religious groups, even naming them as cults, take a closer look at your own corrupt, and therefore cultic belief system.
If you are a member of the one of the more popular Christian sects, then you are observing more pagan practices than those you are accusing. Jesus’ words, “take the beam out of your own eye, before trying to remove the splinter from your brother’s eye”, apply to you, because you actually have more hindering your eyesight than the fringe groups you accuse. You shouldn’t throw stones from your perch upon your glass house, because it too will be shattered.
The self-justification of numbers of people is false security. Because you are in the majority, does not mean you are right. You have not submitted yourself to God; but instead it is pier pressure that you have submitted yourself to. You find it easier to go with the flow because you dislike conflict, and you cannot stand not to be accepted of men. You claim to be a follower of Jesus, but you are not like Jesus if you can’t stand conflict. You seek the approval of your pastor because you think he knows God better than you or other parishioners. You should search justification in God instead of justification from men. It is foolish to seek the approval of those that hold no power over you, rather than almighty God, who is the only one that holds the power to save you.
You can start by searching the scriptures to find the scriptural basis for your belief system, and practices, rather than just going along with the observances of generations.
There is no scriptural basis or justification for your false belief that God is a multi-personality, which would be labeled a mental decease if you had it. God said, “let us make man in our image” (refer to my trinity writing). There is no scriptural basis for your observances in your pagan holidays, Christmas, Easter and the rest. There is no scriptural basis for your changing the Sabbath, the Lord’s Day to the pagan God of the Sun, Lucifer worship day, Sunday. There is no scriptural basis for your spiritually oppressive church system as it stands with a preacher standing behind a pulpit every week, engaged in a one-way conversation, as a position of un-questioned authority, and taking the place of Jesus as your shepherd. Even Jesus didn’t do it this way. He entertained questions from his audience. There is no scriptural basis for the way in which you send missionaries throughout the world. There is no scriptural basis for the way you require a tithe, nor the way you spend it on lavish church buildings, and grounds.
There is no scriptural basis for the majority of the things you do. I could go on for pages, and I have, in other writings, so you can refer to them for more information, and proof. Seek God, instead of seeking other men, or self. Come out of Babylon, which Jesus declared as the institutional church in the Revelation, before its inevitable destruction. I wish to see you live.
Eighty-Two percent of Americans claim Christianity. Eighty-Two percent of Americans believe they are on the way to heaven. There is going to be a huge percentage of people that will be sadly mistaken when they stand before Jesus on the judgment day. You are not with Jesus and following your own ways, or following the traditions of men, rather than Jesus.
Is there anything wrong with naming names, or finding fault, as in recognizing the work of inequity? Just make sure before you do, you do not fail the same test you are giving. Before you start naming those on the fringes, look to find yourself if not squarely in the center of Babylon.
Matthew 7 2For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. 3And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? 5Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye
13Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wideisthe gate, and broadisthe way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 21Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. 24Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: 26And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
Matthew 10:22 And ye shall be hated of allmenfor my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.
